Accepting the possibility to publish your galleries on the Photography Section of www.lastampa.it, you accept the following directives: you take complete responsibility, direct or indirect, civil or penal, connected with the publication and reproduction of the picture Contributions submitted by you, committing yourself to indemnify Editrice La Stampa from any charge deriving from the publication and circulation of the contributions themselves since now.

In specific terms, accepting the possibility to publish your Contributions on the Photography Section of www.lastampa.it, you declare that the Contributions themselves belong to you, are not against the law and not violate moral, intellectual property, image, and copy rights, third party's personal identity and privacy or the guardianship of third party's personal information and of publication rights.

Accepting the possibility to publish your Contributions on the Photography Section of www.lastampa.it, you declare and guarantee, therefore, you have pre-emptively obtained all the consents and authorizations provided for the normative and regulatory dispositions in force, including privacy guardianship - whereof Legislative Decree 196/2003 concerning the use, transmission, circulation and publication of the Contributions - of all the persons portrayed that is the subjects exercising their parental rights and/or all the persons directly or indirectly involved in the Contributions.

Submitting the Contributions, you expressly guarantee, therefore, the full legitimacy of the Contributions themselves and of their following publication and circulation by Editrice La Stampa in the Photographic Section of the site www.lastampa.it.

Editrice La Stampa guarantees that your Contributions won't be reuse with purposes different from the ones declared, that is the publication of your picture galleries in the Photographic Section of the site www.lastampa.it.

The publication and circulation of the Contributions won't entail any remuneration either for you or the persons quoted or portrayed in your Contributions. Submitting the Contributions you, in fact, expressly yield and grant Editrice La Stampa and the other Companies of the Editorial Group the right and licence, not subjected to any remuneration and as such completely free and not exclusive, to use, adapt and publish the Contributions themselves in the Photographic Section of the site www.lastampa.it.

In order to agree with the initiative, you expressly accept to waive, also in the name and on behalf of the persons quoted or portrayed in your Contributions, any claim connected with and deriving from the use and the publication of the Contributions themselves, also with reference to property, towards Editrice La Stampa, the Companies of the Editorial Group and their successors in title.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 "Personal Data Protection Code", Editrice La Stampa S.p.A, Data Controller, inform You that our handling of your personal information you agree to, following, will be based on propriety, lawfulness and transparency guarantying your privacy and preserving your rights.

- Your identity data, your address as well as other information you spontaneously transmit are collected, recorded, rearranged, memorized, used solely with the functional purposes of managing the services offered by the site www.lastampa.it as well as in compliance with law.

- The above-mentioned data can be communicated to subjects responsible for our company audit and to Public Authorities or Administrations in compliance with law. In addiction, your personal information can be disclosed to the data processors appointed by our company within the organization in charge of the fulfilment of your request.
